With a career starting at IBM, Bill Crawley brings more than two decades of global experience to this role with rich experience and deep domain expertise in the communications and IT services industry.
With a long history of building internationally successful, high-growth businesses, Bill has been associated with Ison Technologies from its inception, serving as the founding MD during its initial rapid growth and as a Director on the Board of its parent company Ison Group.
Before joining ISON Technologies, Bill has held executive roles with Infrastructure and Telecom Operators, ITC Vendors and Service Providers, most recently recently serving as VP Worldwide Sales for a Sequoia Capital funded VAS Company for over 6 years. Bill also hold a number of advisory roles with technology companies and startups.
Vice President - Sales
Dious Emmanuel joined ISON Technologies in 2015 and is responsible for driving sales and business development processes with astute focus on East African markets.
Dious is a seasoned business professional with over 15 years of industrial experience, in presales, sales and business development, split across geographies including Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific. He has been developing new business initiatives in ICT verticals for MEA region, at organizations of global reputation. His key responsibilities included strategy formulation for ERP sales, Global Relationship Management with Infrastructure OEMs, GTM strategy for services, Key Client & Partner Relationship Management.
Prior to joining ISON Technologies, Dious was holding active assignments in various ICT firms in Kenya at the capacity of Vice President and General Manager level and was responsible for sales , services & strategy for independent business units of their Group. Other notable professional stint includes Rolta India limited, Mumbai at the capacity of Executive Manager, where he was responsible for Transfer of Technology and other major business development initiatives across Asia Pacific in Aerospace and Defense Industry while working majorily with US & European OEMs. An ex-Army officer from the Indian Army, he was associated with Signals Corps as a "Major", managing the military telecommunications along Jammu & Kashmir cities; predominantly in counter insurgency operational areas.
Chief Growth Officer
Akshay Grover is the Chief Growth Officer, ISON Technologies. He is responsible for formulating and executing the go-to-market strategy of the Company. This includes new customer acquisitions, customer retention strategies, building technology-led partnerships, new product roll outs and any inorganic growth initiatives. Akshay has been focused on the TMT sector across Europe, India, Middle East and Africa. During his stint as an investment banker and a private equity professional he has closed transactions over ~USD 5 billion and led multiple strategic initiatives for several players in the sector.
Prior to joining the ISON Group; Akshay was a Director with Ernst & Young (‘EY') India’s Investment banking practice. In addition to his role in M&A, he was also responsible for building the firms’ presence in the telecom and technology sectors -- thought leadership events, industry forums and media interactions. Prior to EY, Akshay was part of the investment team of EIT; the TMT focused sovereign wealth fund of the Government of Dubai with AUM of USD 4Billion. During his tenure, Akshay led EITs investment in some of these companies and held non-executive positions on Board constituted committees for EIT’s investee companies.
Akshay is a management graduate from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, India. He enjoys biking and playing lawn tennis.
Raghvendra Kumar Verma
Legal Head and Company Secretary
Raghvendra brings in 16 years of prior experience in leading key initiatives in Legal, Secretarial and Compliance that supports overall strategic goals; ensuring compliances and execution of strategy.
During his career, Raghvendra was actively involved in managing Public Issues, Merger, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Private Equity, Corporate Structuring, Corporate Governance, Planning for the investment across globe, ensuring compliance, Conducting compliance Audit, Contract Management, Litigation Strategy, Legal and Contractual Risk Management, Protection of IPR and various other legal issues.
At ISON, Raghvendra is responsible for corporate structuring, corporate law, business law, labour law and contractual law, mergers & acquisitions, compliance management, litigation strategy and loan documentation etc.
Prior joining to ISON he was assciated with DLF, JMD, Insecticides India Limited and ITCOL Limited.
Amit Singhania is the CFO of ISON Technologies. Amit brings in 10 years of prior experience of working with GTS, now acquired by ISON Technologies, in the capacity of Finance and Planning Manager. As an enabling partner to the business, he leads key initiatives in finance that supports overall strategic goals; ensuring funding and execution of strategy. With his deep financial, business understanding and analytical skills he proactively plays an influential role in implementing the corporate strategy thus ensuring that the business decisions are grounded in sound financial criteria.
A senior level finance and commercial executive, Amit has 20 years of strong track record, with extensive hands on experience in corporate finance, strategic business planning, projects funding, treasury & financial management, financial & internal control, Budgeting and Costing, process improvement, statutory and management reporting, Compliance, Control and Corporate Governance. During his stint in Middle East and Asia he has teamed with senior expatriates of different nationalities and shown ability to lead and train indigenous teams to get desired results.
Prior joining to ISON he served Hurix Systems and Hindustan Lever in Mumbai, India.
During his previous stints in his career, Amit was actively involved in managing the HR, PMO, IT & Legal responsibilities alongside carrying out the financial oversight for the respective companies that he served.
He is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from Mumbai University. He is also at final level of Certified Treasury Manager from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India and final level of Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Meckamalil Jacob Minu
HEAD- PROJECT GOVERNANCE
Minu heads the operations for East Africa -- Anglophone -- at ISON. He brings two decades of experience in Project Management, Data Center Operations, and Technical Support. Before joining MARA ISON, he spearheaded Data Center infrastructure projects at IBM. He led the largest Data Centre project at IBM valued at $30 Mn-plus.
Minu has successfully executed 1.6Lacs sq. ft. Data Centre space fit-out projects. He started his career as an Engineer at Johnson Controls, India; and is a certified Data Center professional from EPA.
CTO & PRE-SALES HEAD
Ajit Patel in his technology leadership role is responsible for introducing new products and services for ISON’s prestigious clientele across its geographical footprint. Patel along with his team is striving constantly to increase customer experience by bringing in innovative approach to different domains like Telecom, Banking, Oil and Gas, E-governance across Africa, the Middle East and APAC regions.
Before joining ISON, Patel served reputed organizations such as IBM, Ericsson, Idea-Cellular in various roles like Program Manager, Solutions Architect and Solutions Manager. Patel has worked in major transformation projects across India, South Asia, ASEAN, Africa and the Middle East for complex implementations like Intelligent Network Swap, HLR Swap, VAS migrations, Service Delivery Platform rollout, NGN rollout, Customer on-boarding, Billing, DSA, Analytics-driven Customer Experience, and Mobile Financial Services.
Chief Operating Officer
Rahul Srivastava is the Chief Operating Officer of ISON Technologies and is responsible for Key Account Management, Project Delivery, SLA based Operations & Support Functions globally. His Core expertise is managing large complex engagements and articulating a unique & compelling value proposition. He is proactive, assertive & results driven dynamic professional with over 15 years of rich experience in Information Technology (IT), largely in Telecom Industry; Rahul has been instrumental in managing large complex engagements & sales process for outsourcing agreement, signed strategic outsourcing deals valued in excess of 500 Mn USD. With strong demonstrated expertise and skills in business development, handling end-to-end sales, account management & customer relationship management; Rahul has a track record of handling mega deals in services business for Telecom sector.
With varied experience in the Information Technology industry across Outsourcing, P&L Management, Sales, Off-shoring, Account Management, Data Centre Operations, Security Assessment, NWSM - Help Desk Services and analysing impact of new technologies on client business operations.
Rahul is an experienced business leader and has demonstrated his ability to lead programs and personnel During his previous stints, Rahul was also responsible for Managing P&L for 100 Mn USD contract for IBM, prior to that he use to manage Global outsourcing of equipment’s from China & his profile was based out of Malaysia. Rahul is A GNIIT graduate from NIIT, also holds bachelor of commerce and an MBA degree + PMP, ITIL certified.
